These terms govern your use of our website and services. By accessing wactechx.com or engaging us for work, you agree to the terms below.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“client”, “you”) and WAC TechX Ltd. (“WacTechX”, “we”). If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
We provide software development, brand and motion design, digital marketing, and related consulting services. The specific scope, deliverables, pricing, and timeline for each engagement are set out in a separate statement of work (SOW) or proposal.
The SOW controls in case of any conflict with these general Terms.
Some parts of our services may require an account. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials, for all activity under your account, and for notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, upon full payment you own the custom deliverables we produce for you. We retain ownership of pre-existing tools, libraries, and internal know-how, and grant you a perpetual license to use them as part of the delivered work.
We may showcase the work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise.
Invoices are payable according to the schedule in your SOW. Late payments may incur interest and suspend ongoing work. All fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WacTechX is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid for the services giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the SOW. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms. On termination you remain responsible for fees accrued up to the termination date.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Kigali, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
