Yes. About a quarter of the projects we take on are rescues, products that have outgrown their first team, or teams that went dark.
What we need
Access to the repository, the deployment environment, and any design files. A short call with the outgoing team is ideal but not required.
Week one
We audit the code, the infra, and the product. At the end of the week you get a written report with a recommended path forward, priced three ways: keep, refactor, or rebuild.
